This program is a 5-day routine for 4 weeks. Objective: This is a great program for someone who want to shape their body and become stronger. You are going to work abs every training session. Each routine will take about 45 minutes to complete. This includes 5 minutes for a warmup and 5 minutes stretching at the end. Layout: Lift weights 5 days a week. Day 4+7 are rest days. The program can be done in a gym or at home. Program includes video on the exercises. Goal: Lift as heavy as you can for each set. The last 2-3 reps should be challengingLess reps = heavier weight More reps = lighter weight Shred: Your diet is number one if you want to shred body fat. To lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit. Add the cardio 20-60 minutes as suggested in the program. Cardio should be done after lifting weights or as a separate session.
