In this 8-week Strength and Shape Program you will be challenging your strength with compound lifts. It will be mixed up nicely with some hypertrophy superset lifts to shape your body. 
It´s an effective and smart programming with a progressive change after 4 weeks to keep your motivation and progress up.
This program has 4 workout days per week. That´s mean more recovery and more time to spent outside the gym during summer!
New for this program is that you will have the option to choose between a gym version which includes exercises with machines and cables, or a home workout version with dumbbells and barbells.
This is a one-time program and not a subscription.
 
Advanced training for strength and sculpting muscle.
 
You'll access one eight-week muscle-and-sculpting training routine and program in a training-and-nutrition mobile app through the VYIT LIFE platform (in Apple or Android), where you can connect your Apple Health, Garmin, and other fitness apps and devices.
 
Access to detailed exercises and recipe cooking demonstrations. Log your workouts in real time. Monitor your fitness data.
 
You'll be added to group training to share your progress and experience with others.
 
You get one 8-week exercise routine, an extended recipe library with food sensitivity filters, meal prep demonstrations, smart app integration, and an Apple Watch app.
