Objective: This program is an intermediate to advanced program that is intended to build lean muscle and burn fat. The program is intended to be used in conjunction with proper nutrition to get an symmetric physics.  

Progression: The progression here is rest time. You should strive to lift as much as you can and keep that weight when you moving on to week 4 where the rest time will be shorted between your super and triple sets. This program has been designed to deliver hypertrophy and muscle gain.  This program is perfect for body-composition depending on your calorie intake.

 

Layout: The layout is 5 workouts per week with 1 day muscle endurance circuit training to make you step out of your comfort zone. The program is including warm-up workout to prevent injuries and it content supersets and triple sets to make sure you get an effective workout.
