Objective: This program is focused on using your own bodyweight during exercise. Great for those new to fitness or coming back from an injury. Increase strength, improve fitness and muscle composition. Each routine will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete depending on your warmup and stretching at the end.

 

Routine Layout: This is a 4-Day workout program for 4 weeks. Designed to be performed at home with your own bodyweight. This program has you progressing each week.

 

Week 1 and 2 may have the same rep count. During week 2 each rep is to be performed slower (slower tempo).

 

Week 3 and 4 have a higher rep count than in the beginning, but again, week 4 is performed with a slower tempo for each rep. If new to exercise, tempo is the time or rate it takes to perform an exercise.
