Objective: This program is designed to build up your movement, technique, strength and mindset to be able to do your first pull up. 

To get the most out of this program you should have been training strength training for over a year and be at a recommended body BMI or have a lean body mass to complete this program. (Add the program exercise after your normal routine.) 

 

Layout: Day by day progress for 30 workout days (6 weeks). The added exercises take approximately 5-10 minutes to perform 5 days per week.
