VYIT's second five-part training series (P, O, W, E, R) is sports-style agnostic and focuses on all types of training.
In the first program, P for Power Push, you get three exercise training programs and nutritional guidance on practical methods.

Learn How to Eat

In this new training program series, you'll understand what three things you need to be conscious of and how to work with what you have. Learn about the food systems and the flexible eating method.

P2 Dynamic Strength Program

Build muscle or increase strength---the P2 program is intensive for the immediate to advanced athlete.

P3 Glute Power

Build the fundamentals of your glutes and lower body, including developmental and functional exercises to increase your range of motion. You'll improve your posture, increase strength, build muscle, and develop even more through strategic lower-body training.
